BQC actively introduces MES material control system

BQC has been established for 20 years and well knows the importance of quality. In 2022, it took our engineers three months to import MES system. At present, the second floor of the warehouse has completely covered the system.
MES system has good advantages for incoming inspection, material traceability (including customer code, customer material number, quantity, batch number, production month, cycle and other information) and defective product handling.
We actively introduce MES system to reduce the workload for colleagues in logistics documents department, reduce the possibility of human error and improve work efficiency through automation and foolproof. It is convenient to strictly control materials, count materials in time, and identify inspectors.
All materials are imported into the system as soon as they are put into storage, and unique material code and QR code are generated, and start timing.
